What's this? Liberal Bias? I am Shocked, Shocked!

Here's more proof that The State is a liberal rag and that is unsuitable even for its one alleged use—as a substitute for Charmin.

When John Graham Altman made a couple of ill-thought out, insensitive, wrong remarks on the subject of domestic violence, it made front page news in America's Worst Newspaper.

But when Governor Sanford actually goes ahead and signs a bill mandating increased jail time for domestic abusers, that story gets buried.

So what's more important, a few comments or getting a law passed? To Brad Warthen, words are more important than deeds. What a hypocrite.

You seem to be kicking and whining about placement a story.

Hoss, I am really disappointed.

These are not up to par with your usual pompous and bombastic foul rancid slurs.

Has your Charm School training kicked back in, or does your new ghost writer have higher standards?

I came across your blog following some links and stayed for awhile to read it because I'm an amateur's appreciation for blogs that go to the trouble to address their daily newspaper.

As a long-time blogger myself, may I suggest that you exercise more control over your comments troll?

It's annoying to click on a comments link that looks like it might have a lot of interesting comments and only find trolled-out comment threads.

Ahhh Emily,

When you get to know ole Hoss (Mr. Bill) like we do, you will better appreciate us trolls and the service we provide to our state and community.

So, how do you suggest Mr. Bill better control us, his loyal trolls?

Remember, Mr. Bill started this.

He spits in the eye of our community with his foul rancid slurs. In attacks the integrity of reasonable people. He acts like he is not a nice person(s).

It is not our intention to annoy you.

But, just like Mr. Bill is never "fair and balanced," life is not fair.
