Unapologetic Cheerleading

The State insists on reporting on proposed legislation that's so narrow-minded, overweaning, and ludicrous that it has no chance of passing. (Thank heavens!)

But instead of writing an objective headline like "Fringe Measure Unlikely to Pass State Legislature," they go with this stinker, which clearly indicates that they'd rather see police officers inspecting restuarants than patroling the streets for real crime.
